Passport & OCI Services provides documentation preparation and guidance services only. Our role is limited to assisting customers with understanding requirements and preparing documents for submission through official channels.
We provide:
- Assistance with form preparation
- Review of documents for completeness and common errors
- Checklists and submission guidance
We do not:
- Represent you before any government authority
- File applications on your behalf
- Guarantee approvals or processing timelines
All official submissions and payments must be completed by the customer directly through official government or VFS portals.
2. No Government Affiliation
Passport & OCI Services is a private service provider and is not affiliated with any government agency, embassy, consulate, or VFS Global. Using our services does not replace or bypass official application requirements.
3. Fees & Payments
- Service fees displayed on our website apply only to documentation preparation services
- Government, consular, and VFS fees are separate and must be paid directly by the customer
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are disclosed before payment
- All service fees are non refundable once work has begun
4. No Guarantees
Passport & OCI Services does not guarantee application approval, processing timelines, or decisions made by government authorities. Final determinations rest solely with the relevant government agency
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Review all prepared documents before submission
- Submit applications through official portals
- Comply with all applicable laws and requirements
Passport & OCI Services is not responsible for delays, rejections, or penalties resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passport & OCI Services shall not be liable for application denials, government delays, indirect or consequential damages, or losses caused by third party services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, text, graphics, and designs are the intellectual property of Passport & OCI Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if information provided is false or misleading, there is abuse of staff or systems, or legal or compliance concerns arise

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
